ICONOGRAPHY ī-kə-ˈnä-grə-fē [noun] The use of images or symbols to portray a subject, movement or ideal.
Architecture must view a project through a variety of lenses. Each of the following sections will be paired with a corresponding icon. The icon indicates the “lens” through which its subject is viewed.
The architect’s job is to skillfully compile lenses to form a project’s narrative. It has been my pursuit to view the practice of architecture through as many lenses as possible, with the belief that this pursuit will allow me to build architectural narratives that contain the necessary elements to form a discourse between subject and space.
